A space to slow down, check in, and reconnect — with yourself and others.
If you’re constantly on the go, feeling stressed, anxious, or just not quite yourself lately, you’re not alone.
So many of us are carrying more than we realise — and we rarely give ourselves the space to just be.
The Self Care Sanctuary is a monthly group session designed to give you that space. A place where you can breathe, let go, and feel supported — whether you choose to share or simply listen. It’s a calm reset in a noisy world.
Each session will be a little different and may include:
• Breathing exercises
• Guided meditations
• Mindfulness practices
• Self-love and gratitude rituals
• Visualisation
• Journaling
• Optional sharing and connection
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Online Session – £10

Join from the comfort of home for an hour of calm and reconnection.
In Person Session - £15

6:30 – 7:30 PM - Venue - Artemis Wellbeing, Upper Aston Farm, Aston Ln, Claverley, Wolverhampton WV5 7EE
Option of going to the local pub for a drink afterwards.
Spaces are limited.
These sessions work best in smaller groups, where people feel safe to open up (if they want to) and truly be themselves.
