My Journey
I’ve been a performer for most of my life — singing since I was 17, and now, in my 50s, I still sing, act, and dance. I run a theatre production company that’s been making people laugh for over 25 years. Creativity, connection, and helping people feel something has always been at the core of who I am.
But in 2018, something shifted…
During the pandemic, I started with Wim Hof breathing to support my immune system. But after reading a book about Breathwork, something inside me lit up. I joined a course, did my first session… and it was like nothing I’d ever experienced before.
Breathwork helped me release 40 years of unprocessed grief I didn’t even know I was carrying. It’s brought me clarity, inspiration, and healing in ways I didn’t expect. It’s helped me meet my inner child, release trauma, and find peace in places that once held pain.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of people through this work — from curious first-timers to those carrying deep emotional wounds. Some cry. Some shout. Some laugh. Some shake. Some feel a quiet, powerful shift inside. Every experience is different, and every one is valid.
It’s not always easy. But it is worth it.
And if you’re ready to feel lighter, calmer, more connected, and more like you — I’m here to guide you.
I struggled to stick to any wellness routine — apps, guided meditations, nothing felt right — until I stumbled across a course on Mindfulness Meditation. Something just clicked. I felt calm, centred, and deeply connected in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I loved it so much, I signed up for teacher training right away.
When I qualified, I committed to a daily practice. Life felt more manageable. Calmer. But just a few months later, life threw everything at me: a family emergency, a sudden death, a funeral to plan, a pet loss, a house to clear and sell, legal responsibilities, a car accident, a care home battle… and then another death. All in four months.
And yet — I coped. Not just “got through it,” but really coped. The version of me from a few years before would’ve been completely overwhelmed. But this version of me — the one practicing mindfulness every day — had tools. And those tools changed everything.
Mindfulness saved me. It showed me that small daily shifts can lead to big transformations — even when it doesn’t feel like it at first.
Then came Breathwork.
