These mindful Sunday morning walks offer a gentle pause. A chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with yourself in nature.
Set in the stunning grounds of Himley Hall, we begin with a relaxing guided meditation in one of the beautiful rooms before heading outside for a peaceful, slow-paced walk. We practise mindfulness and take in the beauty around us. The session ends with a grounding meditation, followed by a cuppa and cake.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred — ready to step back into your week with a clearer mind and more grounded energy.
