Back to You is a gentle 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system and reconnect with YOU.

Through a blend of mindfulness, guided meditation, self-love practices, gentle reflection and letting-go exercises, you'll be guided to release what's been weighing you down and create space for more peace, clarity and self-compassion.
