1-Hour Mindfulness Session
In Person – £95 (up to 20 people) / Zoom – £75 (more can attend online)
A deeper session to help your team slow down, shift their mindset, and feel more balanced — mentally and emotionally.
Each session includes:
Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system
Meditation to create stillness and clarity
Mindfulness tools tailored to themes like stress, focus, or emotional wellbeing
Simple, practical techniques they can use every day
Bonus for the first 12 weeks: each participant will receive a recorded meditation after the session to revisit anytime they need a reset.
Sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to leave people feeling calmer, clearer, and better able to cope with the demands of the day.
