A wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning
— Mind Breath Connect

Mindfulness Walks

“I’ve found the events to be very pleasant indeed. A lovely place to meet and meditate. Sue takes you step by step through the process, so if you’re new to mindfulness and meditation, it doesn’t matter. Everyone is very welcoming and you’ll find yourself sitting within a wonderful energy and be totally relaxed. The walks are taken in silence as you walk through nature… just to be. Be in the now. Highly recommended if you’re looking to log off from the hustle and bustle of every day demands and stress.” -Karen Westwood

Connect with breath, mind, body and nature on this beautiful mindfulness meditation and walk.

We begin the morning with a guided meditation within one of Himley’s stunning rooms, followed by a silent walk either around the lake, or through the woods. We will then reconvene back in the room for our final meditation of the morning, followed by a hot drink, piece of cake and chat with likeminded souls. No meditation experience needed.

Why walk in silence?

Silence is incredibly powerful. We walk in silence so we are not distracted and our attention is fully in the moment. Be it focusing on our breath, the way our feet and body feel as we walk, the sounds we hear, the things we see and smell. When you go for a walk and focus entirely on your surroundings, you can’t be anything but mindful.
