Monthly Breathwork Session
Undertake a transformational journey and harness the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Breathwork is the most powerful self-healing tool. It is going to help you dive into your subconscious, clear and release energetic blocks and everything that has been pushed away or hiding. We can tune into that through the magic and power of our own breath.
These sessions are great for you if you wish to reduces stress and anxiety, increase energy and boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure, strengthen your lungs, helps heal from trauma and negative emotional blocks, improve digestion, focus, creativity and so much more.
We start with a full explanation of what breathwork is, followed by a grounding exercise/meditation, setting your intention of what you would like to experience during the session. Then we go into a fully guided 1-hour conscious connected breathwork session. Participants are encouraged to journal afterwards and share their experience, only if they wish to.
Each breathwork session is based on a different theme, such as Self Love, Inner Child healing, unleashing the warrior within, releasing limiting beliefs and more.
*During Conscious Connected Breathwork, anything can come up for you and anything can get released. It’s best to have no expectations, surrender to the experience, and see what unfolds.
