8-week mindfulness course
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, pain, stress, or just feeling a little lost?

Mindfulness can change the way you think.
This powerful technique can actually rewire the neurological pathways in your brain and change negative programming that you’ve probably been carrying around for years, as well boosting your gratitude, compassion, and joy.
What’s included: We start the 8-weeks with a detailed individual assessment, and you will get a journal to record your experience and track how you’re feeling.
14 hours of 1:1 sessions (Each session lasts approx. 1.5 to 2 hours)
20 guided meditations for you to use during and after the course has ended. (these will include topics such as breath sound, thoughts, feelings, eating, listening and movement)
16 exercises, stories and poems to inspire you to change the way you think and feel helping you deal with situations you have little or no control over.
Understanding the 7 Attitudes of Mindfulness and how to incorporate them into your daily life, helping you deal with any situation you might find yourself in, in the future.
An afternoon or evening of silence – helping you discover the gift of silence.
Access to a personalised mindful movement video from a professional yoga teacher.
Weekly homework to help you learn new coping mechanisms and to build new practices, such as daily meditation, journaling and living in the moment.
A personalised gift from me, when you complete the course.
Open-ended support throughout the duration of the course.
