We start with a full explanation of what Breathwork is, followed by a grounding exercise/meditation, setting your intention of what you would like to experience during the session. Then we go into a full 1-hour conscious connected breathwork session, fully guided and participants are encouraged to journal afterwards.

During Conscious Connected Breathwork, anything can come up for you and anything can get released. It’s best to have no expectations, surrender to the experience, and see what unfolds.
