A little bit about me…
Susan Hawkins, Founder.
I
am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator. I help people to relax and de-stress and find a sense of peace and calm in their busy lives.
Welcome to my world! I'm Sue, a lifelong performer who fell in love with mindfulness and breathwork. It was in 2018 meditation course that sparked my passion for mindfulness. Soon after, I swiftly enrolled onto a teacher training course, leading me to the transformative power of mindfulness and daily meditation. Through life's challenges, I thrived, thanks to these practices. During the pandemic, breathwork became a daily ritual with profound effects on my health and emotional well-being. During sessions I have released old traumas, and connected with my inner child. I have cried (a lot!). It’s an ongoing practice. I love working with these two techniques and helping my clients make massive shifts in their health. Offering friendly, honest, and laughter-filled sessions that infuse personality into mindfulness and breathwork tools. Join me on this path to positive change and the journey of self love.
